What is myGPcloud?
myGPcloud, the first and only Microsoft Dynamics® GP solution to be made available on-demand in the cloud. This product can be procured in less than 5 minutes with a database specifically built and dedicated to a customer/prospect.
What do customers get with a 30-day trial?
Customers of myGPcloud can choose either the Business Essentials or Advanced Management editions of GP2010. Each customer will receive a TEST (Fabrikam) and Production database. Each production database is pre-populated with a chart of accounts and pre-formatted financial statements.
Who Hosts myGPcloud?
myGPcloud has been developed by RoseASP, by RoseASP, a Microsoft Certified Partner that has specialized in hosting Microsoft Dynamics® GP and other business solutions since 2000.
What is the monthly subscription cost and term?
myGPcloud is available in four suite options: Financial Suite ($165), Distribution Suite ($195), Project Accounting Suite ($225), and Manufacturing Suite ($275). There are no upfront installation fees and no annual contracts. Customers can terminate or go “on-premise” at any time. Additional modules are available as a la carte options. How can I earn money from this offering?
Microsoft partner must register a customer within 30 days of the customer procuring their database. Once the customer commits to the monthly subscription, the partner will earn up to 15% of the monthly subscription fees. Commissions are earned for the term of the subscription not to exceed 12 months. Partners need to complete W-9’s to receive commissions, submit their MSPP ID Number, and display the “Approved myGPcloud Partner” logo, on their website with a link back to www.mygpcloud.com . Upon receipt and completion of these items, commissions will be paid to partners either monthly or quarterly depending on volume.
Do I have to be a Dynamics Partner to earn commissions?
No, our offering is open to all Microsoft Partners of any status.
How will I get recognition for my leads and do I get a credit for a customer “add”.
To receive credit for referring your prospect/customer to myGPcloud, you will need to register your lead on our website. Please remember to enter your MSPP ID number. Once to prospect/customer signs up for our service, they will be asked if they have worked with a partner and will be required to enter the partners name and location. Partners must enter a lead within 30 days of the customer signing up to receive credit. Dynamics Partners will then be given a customer add and will receive revenue credit on VOICE.
Can our solution integrate with BPOS Partners?
Yes, our solution is perfectly suited to integrate and be provisioned at the same time as BPOS offerings. Please contact us to go through specifics.
Can our solution integrate with CRM online?

Can the customer be located anywhere in the world?
Currently this offer is open only to North American based customers. U.S. based customers with subsidiaries based in other countries are eligible. However, stay tuned for announcements with regards to other countries and regions.
How many users or company databases will the customer be limited to?
myGPcloud will allow for one production and one test database at procurement. Additional databases can be added later. A maximum of 5 databases will be allowed under this offering. In our current offering we are capping the number of users at 15. Should your customers needs go beyond 15, we have customized pricing and deployment options available. What happens if my customer wants to exceed the 5 databases or wants more than 15 users?
myGPcloud has a secondary offer which will allow customer to migrate to myGPcloud (Pro). This offering has no limitations on users/databases or ISV solutions. Contactsales@myGPcloud.com for more information.
Can Customers start with myGPcloud and migrate to on-premise in the future?
Yes. myGPcloud is based on the same code as Microsoft Dynamics GP on-premise versions. If your customer elects to move to an on-premise deployment moving is just a matter of purchasing an on-premise license and restoring your database. No upgrades and no data conversion are required.
Can I customize my myGPcloud database?
Yes, you can customize your database in several ways:
• Modify standard or create custom reports.
• Chose or create several business and performance management dashboards.
• Customize your financial reports and create as many as you like.
• Customize interfaces by moving or hiding fields, changing labels or adding new fields.
Do you assist with data conversion?
Yes, we can assist with providing templates to customers which then can be used for data conversion. Additional fees will be charged.
How is support handled?
We have technical support for connectivity which is available 24/7/365. We also have application support which is available from 5:30 AM – 5:30 PM PST. Many tutorials, step by step instructions and videos are available free of charge. Also each customer will be given access to the Microsoft Dynamics CustomerSource site.
What about system upgrades?
As myGPcloud is a hosted system, so there’s no hardware or software to install or maintain –we handle all that for the users. Ongoing software updates and system maintenance are provided as part of your monthly hosting fees. Customers will be given at least a 72 hour notice for any maintenance or upgrades that are required.
What about system availability?
RoseASP our hosting provider guarantees 99.5% system uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance times. All systems are monitored 24×7 for usage, disk space, bandwidth consumption and general performance. All users are given a support number manned 24/7/365 for issues concerning connectivity and printing.
How many data centers do you have and where are they located?
myGPcloud powered by RoseASP is hosted in two separate SSAE No. 16 certified datacenters located in San Diego, California and Scottsdale, Arizona.
What is SSAE No. 16 certification?
The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) developed the Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) No. 16, certification to validate that a company has been through an in-depth audit of their control processes. SSAE No. 16 Reporting on Controls at a Service Organization (SOC1, Type 2) is a detailed audit that shows prospective and current customers that the organization has been thoroughly checked and deemed to have satisfactory controls and safeguards in place either when hosting or processing information. Public companies that are required to maintain SOX certified will be given access to the SSAE 16 Audited reports as part of their annual SOX compliancy requirements. The new service organization reporting standard, Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) No. 16, is effective as of June 15, 2011. SSAE 16 supersedes Statement on Auditing Standards (SAS) No. 70 with the professional guidance on performing the service auditor’s examination.
Do you have fail over capabilities in place?
Yes. Within the main datacenter in Scottsdale, AZ we have redundant systems to protect against major system failure(s). In the case the Arizona datacenter experiences a catastrophic event where it is inoperable, an off-line system in a second datacenter located in San Diego, CA will be brought on-line.
How is data backed up?
The production database is backed up in real-time to disk each night. Each week a backup is removed from our datacenter and stored offsite in a secure location. Monthly backups and yearly backups are retained offsite as well.
How do we get our data if we decide not to use the service any further?
At the end of the subscription term, if you choose not to renew, myGPcloud will make available a backup of your data including all reports and customizations and deliver it to you at no further charge.
Are MAC’s supported?
Yes, we support all MAC’s and PC’s. A monthly MAC administration fee of $15 per user per month will be included in your monthly user fees.
