Our Support Commitment

Our customers depend not only on our online accounting software, but also on our experience in supporting those solutions. We recognize that customers have two types of support needs; the ability to always be able to connect and print and experienced Microsoft Dynamics® GP application support. Our support commitment to our customers is as follows:

  • Providing 24/7/365 live support for connectivity and printing.
  • Providing users with knowledgeable application support. Five application support incidents are available at no charge. Additional support is available either on a per call basis or as an unlimited support plan. All unlimited support calls will be returned within two hours.
  • Data conversion from QuickBooks Basic, Pro, or Premier Editions desktop files and Peachtree Accounting are available at additional charge based upon database size and quantity of databases. Please see our a la carte page.
  • Providing product work-aids and tools that help end-users get maximum utility from our online accounting software applications.

All myGPcloud customers are provided toll free phone support from 8 AM – 8 PM EST, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Further, customers also have access to Microsoft Dynamics CustomerSource site. Microsoft Dynamics CustomerSource is an information-packed, password-protected site for customers who use Microsoft Dynamics products including; online knowledge base, product documentation and downloads, e-learning tools and online user community.
