Additional Features:

1.Integration Manager for data conversion ONLY is included in the various suite options for a set period of time. Integration Manager for continuous use must be purchased. Integration Manager can be for data conversions and on-going integration needs to the following modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and Bank Reconciliation, Sales Order, Purchase Order, and Inventory.

2.Technical application support is available from 5:30am – 5:30pm PST, M-F; please allow up to 4 hours for a reply. Application support is done by approved Dynamics partners.

3.Data Conversion for master tables such as: Customer, Vendor, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Bill of Materials and Bank information are available at additional charge. Data must be cleaned and organized by users in predefined Excel templates for upload.

4.Data conversion from QuickBooks Basic, Pro, or Premier Editions desktop files and Peachtree Accounting are available at additional charge based upon database and amount of companies.

5.For companies needing more than the stated number of users will not fall under this offer. Other offerings and pricing is available. Please contact sales@myGPcloud.com for quotes.
